Cancellation Policy

❗ Booking Policy – Please Read Before Confirming To keep gym access fair and running smoothly, we ask all members and pass users to please cancel any booking at least 1 hour in advance if you can’t attend. 🚫 No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 1 hour of your booking or do not show up, a €10 fee will apply — even for membership holders. This helps us manage our limited space and staff availability, especially during early and late hours. We get it, life happens. If you miss a session due to an emergency, just drop us a message and we’ll be fair. By booking your slot, you agree to this policy. Thanks for your support and for helping EK Fitness run smoothly!
